This has chlorella in it, and the resulting color is deep green. My rating is primarily on taste and how much I enjoyed it. I simply Love the taste. I eat everything, and I basically eat "all around the world". I regularly make udon noodles, and while I have had chlorella, I had not had a noodle infused with it.
